NECGB AGM and Contest 2012

What a super day with a good attendance for both the meeting and the contest. The surprise judge came all the way from across the pond! It was Maggie Mott (Kamgaard Norwegian Elkhounds) who was accompanied on the trip by Sally Simmonds. It was great to catch up with them both. I have posted some pictures in the gallery and shall give them titles when I have a faster connection. We are on the ferry awaiting the ship to sail for Holland and the connection is rather like a snail! Thanks to Margaret and Debbie for the smooth running of the event and a very enjoyable day.

Hi all,

Still in the wilds of Wales with exceedingly poor internet connection... they only way I can download my messages is to go to the library (we are a first name basis now) and have set up the following email address via our website for messages -- it's wales@kamgaard.com. I have to sit in precisely the right spot in our converted barn, pray a lot and maybe I will get a big two bars!

Off to Ipswich tomorrow to visit with Sally's dad and staying at a B&B which proclaims their internet connection is "blazingly fast" .. sure hope so! Not flying home until next Wednesday, but promise to put something together once we're home and settled back in.

Missing my dogs terribly!
