Kinderhorn Driva 11.1.2002 - 22.3.2013

Message from Stuart Horner:
"Just 12 days after her litter brother passed over the Rainbow Bridge we had to say goodbye to our much loved Minnie (Kinderhorn Driva). Minnie had been treated by the vet for what was thought to have been a gastric problem. There was no improvement and after x-ray , ultrasound and exploratory surgery it was discovered that Minnie had a large tumour in her stomach the removal of which would involve taking away threequarters of her stomach with no guarantees after that so we reluctantly agreed to let her go."

Minnie was the gentlest of creatures and although, unlike her brother, she was not keen on the show ring, it was as a pet and family member that she excelled. She will be much missed by all of our family, near and far.

Ness, Stuart and Moe,
What to say? You have certainly had your share and then some. Console yourselves in knowing the littermates Raider and Minnie are playing together once more and waiting for you at the bridge.
Hang in there,
Maggie and Sally

Thanks Maggie. I do really believe that he waited for her. These things come in threes, so they say, so with Spooky too, maybe that will be enough.

I sincerely hope so Ness. As I said on FB, the first quarter of this year has been a very sad doggie one and I am hoping that the second quarter will bring forth a change.

RIP Minnie and run free with your brother Raider. Hope you will meet up with my Elsa who is waiting at the Bridge.

So hard to read this news of Minnie, what an awful time your're having. Lovely photos in the gallery of Raider and Minnie of the good times x

It gets almost too much to bear when they go so closely together
