CC Allocation

Re the confusion in the Kennel Gazette this month, I rang KC for confirmation of what CCs will be awarded where. In 2013 there will be CCs at Midland Counties. In 2014 there will be none as previously announced. In 2015 the CCs will be removed from SWKA and given to Midland Counties permanently. Hope that clears it up.

That's good news then, it would be such a pity to loose CC's at Midland Counties, it draws one of the largest entries of the year, in the Midlands and easy to get to.

It strikes me that it's a game of put and take. True the Midlands tend to have good entries but it would be a very sad day when shows are only held in that part of the country!

Quite agree; they need to be spread out much more evenly across the country. Right now most seem to be concentrated around the Midlands. There will always be shows that are too far for a lot of people, you can't please everyone all the time but right now the geographical spread seems very unbalanced .
